By now, I've realized another dream as we finally bought our holiday home in Spain. I recently did a TV commercial for Iron Bru. In April 2005, I was invited to New York for a staged reading of a play called 'A Bit of Knowledge', inspired by my life story. It was a wonderful night for me and I will never forget the warmth shown to me by the audience and fellow actors.
I'm still the happy go lucky boy I always was. 42 years have passed since the first program was made and I'm very grateful to Paul Almond, Tim Hewit, David Samuelson, Michael Apted and Claire Lewis.
