Tony was born on September 14th 1955 to Nellie & John Walker in London, England. Right from childhood Tony loved horses and racing, and he eventually became an apprentice jockey under Tommy Gosling. Tony had his first professional race in 1973, riding a horse called Chateau Dif. Tony had three other races and quit to pursue another childhood interest: Taxis.
Tony had always loved Taxis, and naturally, he became a London Black Cab Taxi driver.
He married Debbie in 1979.
They have three kids and three grand children.
Tony also played amateur football, playing about 800 matches.
He is also involved in acting, and has appeared in huge soap operas like BBC's East Enders, and ITV's The Bill. Tony was one of the stars of one of the longest running reality TV shows called the Up series, started in 1964, and still running.
He has also appeared in Commercials like IRN BRU.
Tony was honoured in 2005 in New York City when 'A bit of Knowledge', a play inspired by Tony's life was aired.
Tony lives happily in Woodford Green, Essex, and also in Alicante, Spain.
